SMS Terms
Last updated: September 20, 2026
Nexova AI provides messaging software to home service businesses. Text messages sent through Nexova are sent on behalf of the business you contacted or gave your number to. These terms describe how those messages work.
Who sends the messages
Each message identifies the business it is sent for. Nexova operates the system, and the business is responsible for having your consent to contact you.
What messages you may receive
Replies to your enquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, estimate follow-ups, review requests after a job and, where you have agreed to receive them, service offers such as seasonal tune-up reminders. Message frequency varies with your activity.
Consent
You receive messages only if you have agreed to them, for example by asking for a quote, booking a job or ticking a consent box on the business's form. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of buying anything.
Opting out and help
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Clear requests such as "quit" or "remove me" are honoured too. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected]. You may get one message confirming your opt-out.
Costs and carriers
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Quiet hours and AI
We avoid sending messages outside permitted hours. Some replies are written by an AI assistant, which identifies itself as one.
Your information
We do not sell or share your mobile number or opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy for how information is handled.
